Reactors

Start-up reactors (6,3 - 22 kV) - short term limitation at motor starting

Description

Reactors are used widely in AC networks to limit overvoltage or shortcut current in power transmission and distribution.

ETD produces different types of reactors for all customer needs in different applications:

·       Start-up reactors (6,3 - 22 kV) - short term limitation at motor starting

·       Shunt reactors (regulated and non-regulated) – for compensation of reactive power

·       Saturation reactors - with fluent power regulation

The reactors are characterized by their compactness, reliability and modern design. Depending on customer requirements, the reactors can have features such as low-loss, low-noise design, extended control range and environmentally friendly versions.
